We have more soft wash and gutter cleaning jobs than we can run — and we're looking for reliable owner-operators to take them on as subcontractors.
Here's the deal: our sales team sells the work. We send you the jobs through our in-house app. You show up, do excellent work, and get paid fast. No chasing leads, no marketing spend, no bidding — just steady, booked jobs handed to you.
This is a 1099 subcontractor opportunity. You'll need your own truck and your own soft wash equipment. This is not an employee position and we do not provide a vehicle or gear.

Typical pay:
Most soft wash + gutter cleaning visits run $300–$450, with a $150 minimum built into every trip. Larger and multi-story homes pay more.
What we're looking for:
- Your own truck and soft wash equipment (required)
- Soft wash experience preferred — roof soft washing especially
- Professionalism and pride in your work
- Reliability and accountability — when we send a job, a customer is counting on you
