New Improved Wages: $34 – $44.08/hour (DOE) + Shift Differentials
Day (6:00 am - 2:00 pm)
Evening (2:00 pm – 10:00 pm): +$1.00/hour
Nights (10:00 pm – 6:00 am): +$3.00/hour
Weekend (10:00 pm Friday – 10:00 pm Sunday): +$1.25/hour

We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a meaningful impact every day.
Provide and supervise quality nursing care to residents
Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Maintain standards of professional nursing practice
Document resident care accurately and timely
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current LPN license in Washington State
Strong clinical skills with knowledge of long-term care and rehabilitation
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
