First MCO is looking for an experienced and motivated Salesperson to join our organization.

First MCO is a full-service managed care organization providing medical cost containment services for Workers’ Compensation and Auto Injury claims. We combine expertise, technology, and an extensive provider network with a hands-on approach that is unique to First MCO.
About the Role
The Sales Director plays a crucial role in securing new business, maintaining clients, and communicating with our various Operations teams. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving your territory's new revenue sales goal by identifying and developing new logos, as well as upselling existing clients’ book of business. Candidates must also meet or exceed other performance goals set by our VP, Strategic Partnership’s Sales plan as well as personal goals.
Sales Directors will input all sales and account information into the company CRM program daily; providing detailed activity information in order to achieve Sales plan success, manager updates, and other information which will be shared across business units.
Sales Directors will participate in Sales related activities including attending trade shows, conferences and other events while obtaining new prospect contact information and other pertinent industry competitive knowledge advantageous to First MCO. We are looking for individuals who are motivated and possess relationship-building skills necessary to gain a deep understanding of their prospective customers' needs to accomplish Sales growth targets.
Required Minimum Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- 3-5 years Workers’ Compensation and/or Auto Injury/Industry experience (Preferred)
- Managed Care, PPO/IME Network Sales experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Familiarity with Self-insured Entity, TPA, and Carrier cost containment needs (plus)

- Solid Prospecting and Follow-Up Skills

The salary range for this position is starting at $90,000 and may vary based on factors such as relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market considerations. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and in alignment with applicable law.
