Overview
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Fast Food Crew Members to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about food service, quick-paced environments, and delivering excellent customer experiences. As a Crew Member, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction are maintained at the highest standards. Previous experience in food preparation, cashiering, or restaurant operations is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within the food industry. Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and payments
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders accurately and handling cash transactions with precision
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle food safely by following proper handling procedures and sanitation practices
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests
- Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure quick service delivery without compromising quality
- Support team members with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail food environments is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills for cash handling, register operations, and sales transactions
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Prior experience in cashiering, serving, or kitchen operations is advantageous but not mandatory
