Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and present suitable vehicle options combined with tailored finance and insurance solutions.
- Explain and promote various financial products, including loans, extended warranties, and protection plans, ensuring customers are well-informed about their choices.
- Process loan applications accurately using financial software, ensuring compliance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations and credit analysis standards.
- Negotiate terms with customers to secure favorable deals while maintaining integrity and transparency throughout the sales process.
- Manage title processing, contract preparation, and loan documentation meticulously to ensure smooth transaction flow.
- Upsell additional products or services that enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue opportunities.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through effective CRM (Customer Relationship Management) practices, follow-ups, and personalized service to encourage repeat business.
Experience
- Proven experience in automotive sales or dealership environments, demonstrating a strong understanding of vehicle features, benefits, and sales techniques.
- Prior loan officer experience or familiarity with financial services related to automobile financing is highly desirable.
- Solid background in credit analysis, loan processing, and familiarity with Title (TILA) regulations ensures compliance and accuracy.
- Excellent negotiation skills paired with a customer-focused approach to upselling and closing deals effectively.
- Proficiency in financial software systems, 10-key typing skills for quick data entry, and basic math abilities for accurate calculations.
- Experience with automobile sales processes including credit checks, contract review, and title processing enhances your effectiveness in this role.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
