Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, with skill and flair.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and build lasting relationships.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures across the bar area to ensure health standards are consistently met.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for order processing and payments.
- Follow food safety management practices to prevent contamination and ensure quality control.
- Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, adhering to legal regulations and company policies.
- Restock bar supplies efficiently to keep the bar fully equipped for busy service periods.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a restaurant or bar environment is preferred; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures, food safety, and food safety management practices.
- Ability to operate POS systems accurately and efficiently during high-volume service.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities.
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service laws and procedures for monitoring guest intoxication levels.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
