Front Desk Agent – Join Our Boutique Hotel Team!
Are you a detail-oriented hospitality professional with a passion for customer service? Eagle River Lodge is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent/Housekeeper to help us maintain the exceptional standards we’re known for. As a small boutique hotel with just 15 rooms, we’re quickly becoming the go-to destination for travelers, and we need team members who are excited to contribute to our growth.
If you're ready to jump in, training will begin shortly after hire!

Positions Available:
- Part-Time Agents (Flexible shifts, including afternoon and swing shifts)
Your Role:
- Welcome and check in guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage phone and online reservations
- Address guest needs and special requests with efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of rooms and guest details
- Assist with housekeeping and laundry as needed
- Communicate important guest information to relevant departments
- Help with Housekeeping and Laundry
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in hospitality a must
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized and work independently
- Comfortable using basic computer systems (hotel management software a plus!)
- A calm, composed attitude in high-pressure situations
- A genuine desire to contribute to the hotel's success
