ARCH Houston is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated EVENT Staff to join our dynamic team, providing exceptional guest experiences at a variety of events and venues for our Corporate and Sporting Events locations. As an integral part of our team, you will ensure the smooth operation of events, assist guests, and uphold a welcoming environment.
Duties :
- Deliver elevated customer service and maintain a professional presence to corporate members, priority guests, and VIP clientele.
- Execute event setup and breakdown with precision, ensuring all spaces meet protocols and lay-out.
- Collaborate with event managers, vendors, and the team to support efficient event operations.
Front of House Expectations - serve as brand ambassador, upholding a polished and professional image at all times. Duties include taking orders, plating, and serving.
Back of House Expectations - Support culinary/utility staff in sanitation, deep cleans, preparing, plating, and live action cooking for exclusive members. Exceptional knife skills are preferred for our culinary experts.
