Molar Dental is a friendly, patient-focused dental practice seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team. We are a FFS and PPO office committed to high-quality care and a positive work environment.
About Our Practice
We focus on all aspects of dentistry, including endodontics, periodontics, prosthodontics, and implant dentistry, and we proudly care for patients of all ages. Our goal is to deliver high-quality, comprehensive treatment while creating a positive experience for every patient.
Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday : 8 AM - 5 PM
- Potential to expand to 5 days/week in the future
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during clinical procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Take dental X-rays
- Ensure patient comfort and provide excellent chairside support
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Current RDA license (state-appropriate)
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, organized, and patient-focused
- Experience preferred, but motivated candidates are encouraged to apply
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
