Stack'd Fries is a husband and wife food trailer in Norman. We make loaded fries. Right now it's just the two of us, we're growing, and we're hiring our first crew member.
The schedule: Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 11am to 8pm. All three days, every week. These hours don't rotate. Please only apply if you can do all three.
We also work events outside those hours sometimes. Sorority parties, pop-ups, holidays like the 4th of July. These are occasional and we give plenty of notice, but we need someone who's open to them.
What you'd do: Take orders, build fries, keep the window moving, talk to customers, help open and close. You'll work right alongside us and see how the whole business runs.
Where it goes: We're growing and we want our first manager to come from inside. As you learn the job, you'll start running shifts on your own. That's the goal, and it's why this is a Crew Lead role instead of just crew. It takes time and it has to be earned, but the path is real.
Pay: $12 to $14 an hour depending on experience, plus tips.
What we're looking for:
- Available all three days, 11 to 8
- 18 or older (we run a fryer)
- Reliable transportation around Norman
- Open to the occasional event shift outside normal hours
- Wants to grow into running things, not just clock in
- Still friendly at hour eight
Food service or restaurant experience is preferred, and send a resume if you have one. Neither is required. We'd rather find the right person and teach them fries.
