Job Title: Cabinet Technician
Job Summary:
We are a fast growing cabinet company in residential and multi-family new construction. We are looking for a cabinet field tech to help put the finishing touches on our cabinets and make them look fantastic, before the clients take possession of their new home.

We have a very casual working environment and flexible schedule. **CABINET/CARPENTRY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!** Experience working with paint and stain is a definite plus. But most importantly, a desire to learn and grow and be a part of a fantastic group of people is a must.
Duties:
- After box installation, our field technicians will return and install moulding and trim and any other misc. items missed or damaged after the initial cabinet installation.
- Prior to homeowner moving into their new home, we make one final visit to touch-up any knicks/ scratches or blemishes on our cabinets.
- Periodically assist with cabinet assembly and initial installation.
- Collaborate with team on best possible design and presentation to customers
- Seek out and recommend good/better ideas to improve our company
Requirements:
- Understanding of cabinets; box construction, design, installation, etc.
- Must be comfortable working with hand tools
- Willingness to wear many hats
- Attention to detail is a must
- Ability to multitask
- Valid driver's license
- Experience driving a truck and trailer is preferred
- Good attitude
- Problem solver

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional overtime necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
