Duties:
Contractor Commercial Manager will have responsibility for overseeing all day-to-day commercial and contractual aspects of the contract, ensuring compliance, cost control, and value delivery for both the client and company.

Manage budgets, forecasts, invoices, and cost reporting to ensure accurate financial performance tracking.

Prepare, price, and negotiate Contract variations and scope changes in accordance with State procedures.

Identify and mitigate commercial risks.

Prepare commercial reports, performance summaries, and audit documentation as requested by the Operational Governance Committee or Contract Participating Entity.

Ensure adherence to internal approvals and contribute to process and cost efficiency improvements.

Lead recommendations and planning, procurement, and delivery of capital, refurbishment, and small construction projects: define scope, develop schedules, manage budgets, and ensure quality/closeout documentation.

Traveling between Nashville and Memphis for client projects and contracts.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering (civil/mechanical/electrical), Construction Management, or related field.

5–8+ years’ progressive experience in public sector facilities management, construction/project management, or maintenance operations; experience with transportation/toll operations or government/public-sector assets preferred.

Proven experience managing mobile maintenance teams and occupied/operational sites.

Ownership mindset: demonstrated bias for action and accountability, comfortable making decisions, following through, and driving results in a 24/7 operational environment.
