We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eye lash Artist to join our dynamic team in a vibrant salon environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Eyelash technician and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Eyelash technician , you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' beauty experience while ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Perform eyebrow threading services with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all sanitation protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering professional advice on brow shaping.
- Utilize salon software, such as MINDBODY, for appointment scheduling and client management.
- Assist with additional services as needed, including body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques in threading and other esthetic treatments.
- Promote retail products that complement threading services to enhance client experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hair threading; additional skills in body waxing, eyelash extensions, or makeup application are a plus.
- Familiarity with salon software systems, particularly MINDBODY.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices within the beauty industry.
- A background in cosmetology or related fields is preferred; certifications in esthetic laser treatment or botulinum toxin treatment are advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
