About the Role
As a Manufacturing Automation Technician, you will serve as a critical technical resource for maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex automated production systems. You will play a vital role in maximizing equipment uptime and ensuring the seamless operation of advanced electrical and control environments.
Responsibilities-
Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and automation system failures to maintain peak production efficiency.

Execute precise programming and logic modifications on Allen-Bradley PLC platforms to drive process improvements.

Interpret intricate electrical schematics and blueprints to perform high-level system repairs and installations.

Manage the configuration and maintenance of HMI interfaces, SCADA networks, and industrial communication switches.

Conduct proactive preventative maintenance to mitigate potential equipment downtime and extend asset lifecycles.

Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the reliability and performance of automated machinery.

6+ years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or controls environments.

Advanced proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and PLC logic diagnostics.

Demonstrated expertise with Allen-Bradley ControlLogix or CompactLogix systems.

Strong ability to read and interpret technical electrical schematics and documentation.

Proven track record of supporting high-volume automated manufacturing equipment.

Direct experience within food or high-speed manufacturing sectors.

Technical proficiency with FactoryTalk, Wonderware, and PID loop tuning.

Experience with industrial instrumentation and network communication protocols.

Certification or operational experience with industrial lifts and heavy machinery.
