ICT Used Cars is looking for someone motivated, coachable, and ready to grow. No automotive sales experience needed. Customer service, retail, hospitality, or phone experience is a huge plus.

Responsibilities
- Work with customers in person, online, and over the phone
- Learn the vehicle sales process from start to finish
- Follow up with customers, leads, and appointments
- Maintain accurate CRM/DMS customer information
- Work closely with sales, finance, and management teams
- Participate in daily sales meetings and training
Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge
- Valid driver’s license required

Monday–Friday 10am–6pm
Saturday 10am–4pm
