Empowering Change, LLC is not an online ESA service—we are a Christ-first profitable tech company disrupting the mental wellness space by formalizing the human-animal bond. We are seeking a highly efficient, licensed mental health professional to handle a high volume modified ESA assessments.
This freelance role is built for clinicians who excel at timely evaluations, value technology, and want to monetize their expertise with maximum flexibility from anywhere in the US.
Your Performance Metrics:
This is a role focused on expertise and capacity. Your primary responsibilities involve a streamlined, crucial process:
- High-Volume Consultations: Execute efficient, 10-15-minute virtual assessments to determine the clinical need for an ESA.
- Rapid Documentation: Prescribe and generate official ESA letters for approved clients within a 24-hour turnaround.
- Logistical Excellence: Maintain quick response times for client scheduling and follow-up (1 business day for scheduling).
- Remote Ready: Comfortably operate in a fully remote, tech-forward environment, and managing your own scheduling.
Required Tools for Success:
- Licensure: Active and valid LPC, LCSW, LMHC, Ph.D./PsyD, MD, DO, or NP.
- Efficiency Mindset: Experience with phone/virtual consultations and a proven ability to manage a timely, consistent workload.
- Bonus Accelerator: Prior experience with ESA letters/regulations is a plus, but we provide training for fast learners.
