Security Officer - Patrol Driver Associate
As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Associate in Normal, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at an automotive location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, production-adjacent spaces, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity in accordance with post instructions, reporting suspicious behavior and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.

Document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities accurately and communicate relevant updates to supervisors, client representatives, and/or emergency responders as needed.
Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

A state, county, and/or city issued security-related license is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
