Job Summary:
Are you passionate about trading cards and looking for an exciting role? Trading Card Market, 'your favorite trading card store' in St. Louis, is seeking a dynamic Retail Associate to join our team. The Retail Associate will be responsible for interacting with customers along with stocking and merchandising our brick-and-mortar retail store. If you have sports or gaming hobby experience, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for trading cards, we’d love to hear from you!
Duties:
- Organizing, identifying, and evaluating inventory sales reports
- Providing attentive service to customers
- Answering phones and assisting with general customer service inquiries
- Assisting with in-store buys/trades
- Daily completion of ancillary tasks and procedures, restocking shelves, store cleanliness
Requirements:
- Sports/Gaming Hobby experience preferred
- Sports/Gaming in person trading/buying/market preferred
- General Customer Service experience preferred to ensure customers are satisfied with their shopping experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
