We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility. As A Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with various physical conditions, including byt not limited to, neurological, ortho pedic, and cardiopulmonary disorders.

Pay Rate: $105,000 to $115,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Conducting patient evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans
- Administering therapeutic exercises and modalities
- Documenting patient progress and communicating with other healthcare professionals
- Providing education to patients and their families on injury prevention and rehabilitation techniques
Qualifications
- Current state license as a Physical Therapist
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility setting, but willing to train the right person
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
