Responsibilities:
- Water Extraction
- Performing demolitions and light construction tasks.
- Setting up the van at the job site using the proper set-up procedures.
- Cleaning up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged.
- Setting up containment, decontaminating, setting up/monitoring remediation equipment
- Providing updates to your direct supervisor daily.
- Must maintain a safe work record and identify potentially unsafe working scenarios or conditions.
- Good communication skills, mechanical and technical skills.
- Driving company vehicle as needed.
- Upholding all company safety policies.
- Upholding all company policies and procedures.
- Other tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Education:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- ASD WRT and AMRT certifications are helpfull.
- Problem solving skills.
- Clear communication skills.
- Have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Self-directed and ability to deliver best performance without direct supervision.
- Ability to stand; sit; walk; use hands; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
- Ability to work with hand tools.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Working knowledge of company specialty service.
