Join a Collaborative Care Team
Hallmark Homecare of Madison is seeking compassionate and experienced Live-In Caregivers to join a dedicated care team supporting an older adult in the Madison area.
This position follows a 4 days on / 4 days off rotation, allowing caregivers to enjoy meaningful time off while providing consistent, high-quality care. You'll work alongside 2–3 caregivers to ensure seamless support and continuity for the client.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
- Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Mobility and fall prevention support
- Transportation to appointments and errands, as needed
- Companionship and meaningful social engagement
- Encouraging hobbies, routines, and daily activities
- Observing and reporting changes in the client's well-being
Qualifications
Required
- At least 5 years of professional caregiving experience
- Experience providing one-on-one in-home care
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license, current insurance, and reliable transportation
- Comfortable providing transportation as needed
Preferred
- Previous experience as a caregiver, companion caregiver, CNA, Home Health Aide (HHA), or in senior care
- Experience with Parkinson's, dementia or Alzheimer's care
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Experience in a live-in caregiving role
