JOB FUNCTION: Quality Engineers work to ensure a product or service provides a high level of quality that meets customer expectation. The Quality Engineer will put in place a system to measure an organization’s performance and then report on its findings, liaising with managers and staff, and coordinating procedures to address any deficiencies. The Quality Engineer main responsibilities include interfacing with customers in resolving all quality issues, acts as the contact window between customers and the production team at our facilities and satisfying customer’s quality concern with their products.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: B.S. in Engineering or related field, M.S./M.B.A in Engineering or related is a plus. Green Belt certification preferable. Knowledge of APQP, pFMEA, PPAP, MSA, & SPC
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years of quality engineering experience or manufacturing production. Experience in the electronic manufacturing is preferred.
LANGUAGE: English proficiency required, Mandarin is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Technical knowledge about the operation of their assigned product to perform
- trouble shooting to determine whether a problem is process, vendor or design related.
- Define and execute process validation in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.
- Ensure design and production process compliance with customer requirements.
- Train personnel in QA standards and procedures and evaluate their performance.
- Know essential quality tools in problem solving.
- Operation of measurement tools and equipment including the theory of operation, maintenance and calibration.
- Creating and maintaining documentation such as quality manuals and quality procedures
- Performing tests and measurements using existing measurement equipment
- Participating in teams to help make necessary improvements and changes to all process related issues in the Production department.

Pay: $71,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
