Role: Retail Sales Associate in Valley Fair Mall (Full Time & Part Time)
Salary: Base Pay for this role is $20.00/hr with our stores across the country earning between $6-$8+/hr in tips
Average Pay with Tips: $26.00-28.00+/hr

Your role:
As a Retail Sales Associate your role will be to create a unique Italian welcoming environment full of warmth and friendliness to our customers visiting our boutiques. We pride ourselves in sourcing only the best ingredients, producing authentic recipes and presenting a premium product offering to our customers, its therefore paramount that we deliver this with a premium service experience, that’s both high quality and genuine, enabling us to create loyal customers that will want to return time and time again.
The Retail Sales Associate will be working on their feet in a fast-paced environment that will require you to slide between duties from selling, refilling store needs, assisting with visual merchandising, processing register transactions, and etc…
A key expectation that will define your success in the role, is a candidate who is confident in interacting with people and takes great satisfaction from knowing your great service has made a customer’s day better.

- Ability to learn our recipes and take in knowledge of the ingredients and allergens

- Punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Friendly, positive attitude with the ability to create an excellent guest experience.
- Manage multiple tasks while maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality.
- Receive, organize, stock, and rotate products following FIFO standards.
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety procedures at all times.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20-40 lbs. as needed.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements, including scooping and serving products, for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in cooler, freezer, and stockroom environments.
- Walk up and down stairs regularly
- Stand, bend and reach for prolonged periods of time
