Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and compassionate dual license holding Electrologists & Estheticians to join our team for ALL SHIFTS.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the laser hair removal process, techniques and care as well as various facial and esthetic services. This role involves providing exceptional client care, conducting thorough assessments, and tailoring treatments to meet individual needs. The Licensed Electrologics/Esthetician will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall well-being of our clients while promoting health and relaxation.
Responsibilities
- Experience in laser Hair removal (Candela experience is a plus)
- Perform facials, peels and other skin care services
- Provide pre and post care instructions for treatments
- Design specific sessions based on clients individual needs and perform quality sessions.
- Educate clients on the benefits of routine follow-up treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients throughout their visit.
Requirements
- Active State License in Electrology and Esthetics

- Facials + Waxing: 35% to 40% commission (based on experience) of all services, upgrades, & enhancements + 100% TIP
- Laser Hair Removal: 25% to 30% commission (based on experience) of all services + 100% TIP
