What will you do?
- Develop NC programs for standard and custom parts using Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Turret Punch and Brake Press equipment.
- Review engineering drawings/blueprints to determine machine assignments, tooling requirements, and manufacturing methods.
- Create part models and layouts using CAD software and generate setup sheets, routing documentation, and program packages.
- Work within manufacturing systems to acquire, analyze, and report production and operational data.
- Maintain and update the NC programming database, including engineering change orders (ECOs), bills of material (BOMs), routings, and associated manufacturing records.
- Create and maintain manufacturing routings to ensure accurate production execution and scheduling.
- Support BOM accuracy and configuration management to align engineering designs with manufacturing requirements.
- Perform make-versus-buy analysis to support cost-effective manufacturing decisions and supply chain strategies.
- Provide technical support for NC equipment, including troubleshooting program issues and training setup operators.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve programming efficiency, reduce cycle times, and lower manufacturing costs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles and best practices.
- Maintain programming equipment, software, and related supplies.
- Own individual performance goals and contribute to team and plant objectives.

What qualifications will make you successful?
- Associate’s Degree in Manufacturing Technology, Engineering Technology, CAD/CAM, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of fabrication experience (with sheet metal and/or copper) in a manufacturing environment
- NC programming and CAD/CAM experience
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods, and production systems.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Experience in creating and maintaining Bills of Material (BOMs) and manufacturing routings.
- Experience performing make-versus-buy analysis and supporting manufacturing cost optimization.
- Understanding engineering drawings, geometric tolerancing, and manufacturing documentation.
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, databases, Radan and manufacturing software systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 54,400 - USD 81,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
