Overview
We are seeking an aftercare assistant to join our team for the 2026 - 2027 school year. If you have a love for educating and nurturing young children, this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the children's physical, emotional, and intellectual growth
- Provide a safe and caring environment for children
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and parents
- Ensure the classroom and playground is clean, safe, and organized
- Collaborate with other teachers to create a supportive learning environment
Requirements
- High School diploma - must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to educate through play and structured activities
- CPR certification
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
