Captain Farris House is an award-winning, historic bed and breakfast located in the heart of Cape Cod. We are known for providing exceptional hospitality in a warm, elegant, and peaceful environment. We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeper / Breakfast Assistant for the 2026 season.
Responsibilities
- Clean and refresh guest rooms and common areas to high hospitality standards
- Change and prepare guest bedding and amenities
- Assist with breakfast setup, serving, and light kitchen preparation and clean-up
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
- Provide warm, professional interactions with guests
- Work collaboratively with the innkeeping team to ensure an exceptional guest experience
Qualifications
- Housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available for morning shifts and weekends, as needed
