Duties

- Patrol assigned areas on foot or in patrol vehicles to deter crime and monitor community activity
- Lead or assist in search warrants, arrests, and other law enforcement operations with professionalism and precision
- Write comprehensive reports documenting investigations, incidents, and law enforcement activities
- Collaborate with other agencies and community organizations to promote safety initiatives and crime prevention strategies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in law enforcement or criminal investigation is highly desirable
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage stressful situations effectively
- Background in military service or related discipline is a plus
- Strong report writing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of law enforcement procedures, criminal laws, and investigative techniques
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with diverse audiences
- Must meet all legal requirements for sworn law enforcement officers in the jurisdiction
