Overview
We are looking for an experienced pool service technician in the east valley for a few different positions.
WE PAY PER POOL SERVICE ~NOT HOURLY~ $13.50 per body of water
You could make close to $40 an hour average with proficency and skill!
The two positions we are looking to fill:
- 1. Service about 39 commercial bodies of water (both spas and pools) at 6 locations (less driving) per week Monday, Wednesay, Friday with extra filter cleans available on Thursdays if needed.
- 2. Around 80 residential accounts across Monday-Friday.
These are 1099 positions.
Technician will need their own truck/van, drivers license, and cell phone with internet access and data plan, and be able to read/write English. Must be professional and respectful to clients.
We will provide equipment and chemicals as well as work t-shirts.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine pool maintenance tasks including cleaning, skimming, brushing, and vacuuming to ensure optimal water quality and clarity
- Troubleshoot pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing system
- Balance pool chemistry by accurately handling water treatment chemicals to maintain proper chemistry
- Inspect pool plumbing systems for leaks or malfunctions and alert the office
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly
- Utilizing pool data app on smartphone and syncing data at every pool location, MUST have smartphone with reliable data plan
Experience
- Two years prior experience as a service technician in pool maintenance is required
- Knowledge of pool plumbing systems and mechanical components
- Hands-on experience with water treatment chemicals, and pool chemistry balancing
- Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions
- Strong customer service skills and communication
- Proficiency in using hand tools and other maintenance equipment
