Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems ensuring clear communication of special requests or dietary needs
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Fluent and willing in producing casual social media content
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales, utilizing knowledge of the menu and specials
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
- Clear tables efficiently, bus dishes, and maintain cleanliness in dining areas according to sanitation standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining a friendly attitude
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts through strong time management skills
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing
