MagicTech Usa / Total Wireless is hiring a Retail Sales Representative for our Homestead location. We're looking for someone energetic, customer-focused, and motivated to grow with us.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with wireless plans, phones, and accessories
- Meet daily/weekly sales goals and activation targets
- Process sales, activations, upgrades, and payments accurately
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-merchandised
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
- Stay current on Total Wireless plans, promotions, and devices
Requirements:
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with commission-based goals
- Basic comfort with POS systems and smartphones
- Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check
