We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Club Operations Manager to support the daily operations of our prestigious club. The Assistant Club Operations Manager will work closely with the Club Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations across all departments, maintain high standards of service, and foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for members and guests alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support:
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the club, including facilities management, staffing, and member services.
- Help ensure all club facilities are well-maintained and meet safety and cleanliness standards.
- Support the implementation of operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and member satisfaction.
Compliance and Safety:
- Help ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and club policies.
- Assist in implementing emergency procedures and protocols to ensure the safety of members, guests, and staff.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to support and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks Online and club management software (e.g., Wellness Living).
Additional Requirements:
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
