Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction through effective problem-solving.
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and special requests to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to address guest needs swiftly and effectively.
Requirements
- Preferred proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate fluently.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for shift coverage.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage guests warmly and professionally.
