Journeyman Electrician Foreman – Oilfield (San Antonio, TX)
Crossroads is hiring a Journeyman Electrician Foreman to lead field operations and support our growing footprint in South Texas. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can run crews, interface with customers, and deliver high-quality electrical work across upstream oil & gas sites.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute oilfield electrical installations across wellsites, SWDs, CTBs, and facilities
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs in upstream environments
- Supervise and mentor crews (5–10+ electricians and apprentices)
- Ensure compliance with electrical code, safety standards, and company procedures
- Communicate directly with customers on job progress and timelines
- Complete QA/QC reporting and job documentation
- Support panel wiring and troubleshooting to UL standards in the shop when required
What You Bring (Must-Have)
- Texas Journeyman Electrician License (or Master Electrician)
- 5+ years of upstream oil & gas electrical experience
- Proven experience leading crews and running jobs end-to-end
- Experience estimating oilfield electrical work
- Valid driver’s license with clean 3-year abstract
- Ability to pass drug & alcohol testing and background check
- Strong communication skills and computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident

- Spanish language skills
- Master Electrician license
- Panel wiring and troubleshooting experience
- Strong local network of tradespeople
