Job Summary
Smith Garden Products is seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our manufacturing team. This role involves supporting daily operations within a fast-paced environment, assisting with production, equipment handling, and warehouse activities. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop manufacturing skills and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist with production line operations, ensuring products are produced accurately and efficiently
- Support the loading and unloading of materials and finished goods in the warehouse
- Perform basic mechanical tasks and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure working environment for all team members
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Must be able to pass background check / drug screen
