Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Coordinator to join our team and drive the successful planning, coordination, and execution of complex infrastructure projects. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between project management, construction teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Your expertise in construction scheduling, cost management, and project coordination will help propel our projects forward with efficiency and precision. Duties
- Inputting Purchase Orders
- Sending out Subcontracts
- Order Items for job sites ie., Dumpsters, Port a potties, equipment
- Insurance Certificates & Lien Releases
- Travel Coordination
- Proposal Formatting & Processing
- Calendar & Meeting Coordination
- Making Power Point Presentations
- Managing Superintendents Time Sheets
- Requesting Plan Copies for Jobs
- Sending out Weekly emails of Superintendents Locations/Jobs
Qualifications
- 2 + Years of experience of Construction Administration
- Proficiency with Bluebeam , ProCore, Word, Excel, Outlook and Procore, Construction
- Strong understanding of construction estimating, cost management, contract administration, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
This is and Office based job ( not remote)
Full time/ 40 Hours a week
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
