Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Process Manager to optimize manufacturing processes, improve operational efficiency, and oversee the quality management system to ensure consistent product quality and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Analyze production workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Lead internal, customer, and third-party audits.
- Develop and standardize manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and quality documentation.
- Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to improve product quality and manufacturing performance.
- Monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience in process engineering, process improvement, quality management, or operations.
- Experience with ISO 9001 quality systems and audit processes.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Solar, metal fabrication, aluminum extrusion, or industrial manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Chinese (Mandarin) is preferred.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
