Job Description
We currently have an opening for a full-time Radiology Technologist to join our Spokane, WA team. Radiologic technologists are medical personnel who perform imaging procedures for the diagnosis and treatment of patients in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Assesses orders for accuracy and clarifies with provider prior to imaging, if necessary (correct CPT code, correct body part, correct side, correct views)
Reviews images for diagnostic quality, which includes proper collimation, use of markers, and positioning accuracy
Demonstrates age specific knowledge, skills, and abilities to make appropriate adjustments in the care of patients
Practice appropriate radiation safety as designated in Federal and State Radiation Control Regulations. Practices A.L.A.R.A at all times
Observes established policies, safety, environmental, and infection control standards
Documents consistently and accurately in EMR, PACS, and any other areas per facility requirements
Ensures equipment is properly functioning and reports any potential problems or malfunctions to the appropriate contact(s)
Maintains professional credentials as required by ARRT and/or state regulations
Demonstrates competent technical skills in the use of imaging equipment, quality control and troubleshooting

The pay range for this position is $32.15 - $48.23. Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
