The Role
In this role, you aren’t just a warehouse worker—you are a critical link in the professional audio/video supply chain. You will handle specialized, high-value AV equipment that supports live events, broadcast facilities, corporate installations, and next-generation media production systems.
If you have hands-on experience with audio/video equipment, staging, live events, integration projects, or AV installation environments, this role offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities
Precision AV Logistics
Manage intake, storage, and fulfillment of professional audio, video, lighting, and AI-integrated hardware including mixers, DSPs, cameras, LED panels, control systems, and networking equipment.
Inventory Management
Utilize digital systems to track high-value AV inventory such as video walls, conferencing systems, live sound components, virtual production tools, and 5G remote streaming gear.
AV Staging & Integration Support
Assist in dedicated staging areas where large-scale AV integration projects are assembled, tested, and prepared for deployment to broadcast studios, corporate boardrooms, stadiums, and live venues.
Quality Control
Inspect, test (when applicable), and ensure safe handling of sensitive professional audio/video equipment used in mission-critical environments.
Shipping & Fulfillment
Coordinate shipments for local pickup, job-site deliveries, and international eCommerce orders, ensuring secure packaging for delicate electronics.
Qualifications
AV Experience Preferred
Previous experience in professional audio/video environments, live event production, AV integration, installation, rental/staging, or technical warehouse operations is strongly preferred.
Warehouse Experience
Background in picking, packing, receiving, or logistics operations is highly valued.
Technical Aptitude
Familiarity with AV equipment such as speakers, amplifiers, mixing consoles, cameras, LED displays, control systems, or structured cabling is a plus.
Detail-Oriented & Equipment-Conscious
Ability to handle specialized, high-value electronics with exceptional care and attention to detail.
Tech-Savvy & Physically Capable
Comfortable using inventory software, pallet jacks, and standard warehouse equipment. Ability to lift and move professional AV gear safely.
