Commercial Roofing Sales Representative / Business Development Manager
Location: Dallas, TX (National Territory)

Role Overview
The Commercial Roofing Sales Representative / Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth across our national commercial roofing platform. This role focuses on developing new business, expanding strategic relationships, and representing our brand with professionalism and expertise. As part of a private‑equity‑backed platform, this position offers significant growth opportunity, strong support resources, and the ability to sell across a national footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close commercial roofing opportunities across multiple verticals (industrial, retail, hospitality, multi‑family, institutional, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility directors, GC partners, REITs, and commercial asset owners
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and assessments to determine project scope and provide accurate proposals
- Collaborate with operations and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Maintain a robust pipeline through CRM tracking, forecasting, and consistent follow‑up
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Deliver professional presentations and proposals to decision‑makers
- Stay current on roofing systems, materials, warranties, and industry best practices
- Uphold company standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial roofing, construction, or building materials sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of business development and closing mid‑ to large‑scale projects
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to travel nationally as needed
- Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a performance‑driven environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
