We are seeking a CONSTRUCTION INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE. The successful candidate for this role will have responsibilities that include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Estimating (labor and material take-offs, pricing, assembling bids, creating rough/budget/firm estimates).
- Prepares estimates for potential projects, using hard-bid, design-build and conceptual estimating.
- Performs quantity take-offs, organizes and prices information
- Solicits quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Assists with the preparation of bid proposal for submittal.
- Prepares outline schedules for proposed projects.
- Assists staff members with various special projects related to estimating.
- Increasing company revenue through increased sales volumes and procurement of construction projects.
- Maintaining favorable and effective relationships with current customers.
- Favorably resolving customer complaints in accordance with company policy and industry best practices.
- Assist in overseeing sales and estimating process from pricing to enforcing credit terms.
- Interfacing with customers through verbal and written communication.
· Provides customer service support
- 2+ years of sales/estimating experience in modular construction or related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred (Construction Management/ Civil Engineering/ Construction Engineering Technology preferred)
- Proven sales, negotiation and customer service skills.
- Capable of demonstrating product knowledge, market conditions and competition.
- Excellent verbal, written communications and analytical skills required.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
