- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Senior Mechanical Project Manager, Project Director, or equivalent in mechanical construction (HVAC, piping, plumbing experience is a plus)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field experience
- Proven ability to manage complex mechanical projects from start to finish
- Strong leadership skills with experience coaching, mentoring, and developing a project team
- Advanced knowledge of construction documents, estimating, and resource scheduling
- Proficient with construction management software (Microsoft Office Suite, ProCore, BlueBeam, P6 preferred; Viewpoint and Autodesk are a plus)
- Excellent communication, client relationship-building, and collaboration skills
- High personal commitment to meeting long-term and meaningful goals
- Ability to ensure safety and quality compliance on all projects
- Experience collaborating with design and engineering teams for project planning and success
Pay: $175,000.00 - $230,000.00 per year
