Job Description:
We are looking for skilled and motivated Countertop Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in related trade (general contracting, masonry, trim carpentry, tile setting. etc.) with a focus on precision, efficiency, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport, handle, and install countertops at customer locations.
- Measure and adjust countertops on-site for a perfect fit.
- Operate tools and equipment to cut, drill, and secure stone materials.
- Maintain an organized and clean truck to ensure tools and materials are readily available.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and quality installations.
- Communicate professionally with customers and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in countertop installation, construction, or related field preferred. (On the job training is provided.)
- Skills: Ability to lift heavy materials, use hand tools, and problem-solve on-site.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
- Professionalism: Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to represent the company well when interacting with customers and other team members
- Flexibility: Willingness to work occasional overtime or weekends as needed.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
