Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Care Concierge
Schedule: Part-time and PRN opportunities
Service Area: Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, Chester, and Bucks Counties
Pay: $18–$21 per hour

What You’ll Do
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
- Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall-prevention measures
- Prepare light meals and provide feeding assistance when needed
- Perform light housekeeping related to the client’s care
- Provide medication reminders
- Accompany clients during approved appointments or activities
- Follow the client’s service plan carefully
- Document services accurately and report concerns promptly
- Help create a calm, comfortable, and dignified experience in the client’s home
Our Non-Negotiable Requirements
You must have:
- An active CNA certification
- A valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to and from assignments
- A current PPD/TB screening completed within the last 12 months
- The ability to pass all required criminal background and employment screenings
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- A dependable, professional, and compassionate attitude
CPR/BLS certification and experience with seniors, dementia care, or adults with disabilities are strongly preferred.
Important Transportation Policy
You must have reliable transportation to reach your assignments. However, Luxe Haven caregivers may not transport clients in a personal or company vehicle at any time.
