We are seeking a motivated Job Superintendent to join our team and lead construction projects from start to finish! This role is responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors and job supervisors, maintaining project schedules, ensuring quality control, and promoting a safe and productive work environment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills who can effectively manage multiple aspects of construction management while building positive relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
Job Description
A Job Superintendent is responsible for completing the following duties:

Provide onsite supervision and sub-contractor management through the completion of Construction Management projects.

Onsite Supervision for our Construction Management projects until final completion of project.

Manage on-site job supervisors

Manage sub-contractors
-
Scheduling
-
Drawings and construction interpretations
-
Quality control
-
Daily reports and project documentation
-
Customer relations
-
Job site safety
-
Work with the Safety Director to oversee site safety, making sure all processes and practices are conducted in a safe manner

Other duties as assigned
Compensation
-
The starting pay range for this position is $75,000 to $100,000 per year. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.

Qualifications

A minimum of 10 years of construction experience preferred

Management or supervisory role experience is desired
