Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated B2B Sales & Delivery Representative to drive our corporate gifting and event sales.
In this role, you will be the face of Three Mad Poppers to local businesses across the Twin Cities metro and surrounding communities. You will pitch, secure, and deliver our premium popcorn products for corporate gifting, office parties, holiday gifts, and employee appreciation events.
No prior sales experience is required. We will provide you with all the product knowledge and tools you need to succeed. This is a 100% commission-based position with a typical 15% commission rate, meaning your earning potential is entirely in your hands, with massive opportunities to grow alongside our small company.
Core Responsibilities:
- B2B Prospecting: Identify and reach out to corporations, HR departments, event planners, and businesses throughout the Twin Cities metro and within a 40-mile radius of New Germany, MN.
- Consultative Selling: Present our complete corporate lineup, including gift tins, customized heat-seal bags, bulk orders, and fully styled popcorn bars/buffets.
- Relationship Building: Establish long-term partnerships with local companies to secure recurring holiday gifting and annual event accounts.
- Order Management: Coordinate order details, personalization options, and invoicing with our production team.
- Local Delivery: Safely transport and deliver completed popcorn orders directly to corporate clients, ensuring a friendly and professional presentation.

- Independent Worker: Motivated by a commission structure to hunt for new business without needing constant supervision.
- Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle for local deliveries across the metro area, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs (popcorn orders and tins).
