We’re hiring a Production Manager to take full ownership of our projects, from scheduling to final walkthrough, while leading crews, enforcing standards, and delivering an elite client experience.
What You’ll Own:
- Run multiple residential & commercial painting projects at once
- Schedule crews, materials, and timelines with precision
- Lead painters to set the tone and hold the standard
- Ensure jobs hit quality, deadlines, and budgets
- Communicate with clients clearly and professionally
- Solve problems fast and keep projects moving forward
- Build and improve systems that scale production

Important:

Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant experience managing projects and/or crews
We’re looking for someone who:
- Communicates consistently with customers, crews, and ownership
- Visits jobs regularly and performs detailed quality checks, not just material deliveries
- Holds subcontractors accountable while maintaining their respect
- Takes ownership of problems and follows through without constant reminders
- Plans schedules ahead and communicates arrival times
- Provides daily updates, progress photos, and clear next steps
- Leads calmly under pressure without blaming others
- Pays attention to details and catches issues before the customer does
- Is dependable, punctual, organized, and proactive
- Accepts coaching and makes lasting improvements
- Protects the company’s reputation and represents our values well
