As an Oil Delivery Coordinator, you will be the person our delivery department will rely on to ensure all of the Heating Oil and Propane we receive and deliver is accounted for every single day. This is a crucial role for the delivery department. You will prepare reports daily, weekly and monthly that require 100% accuracy which are reviewed by internal and external auditors. Attention to detail, good organizational skills, strong excel acumen and the ability to multi-task are a must in this role. Responsibilities:
As an Oil Delivery Coordinator, you will use your abilities to manage and account for the pickup of, transfer of and delivery of millions of gallons of Heating Oil and Propane annually.
Specific duties include:
- Communicating with Delivery Dispatch, Oil & Propane Drivers daily to ensure accuracy of Tank & Truck Logs to account for all lifting’s and deliveries
- Working closely with Delivery Manager and Delivery Supervisors, along with the Service Department and Propane Service Coordinators
- Organizing all Delivery Tickets, manifests, loading tickets, pre and post trip forms
- Posting the days deliveries
- Transferring Driver Information from end shift Raven reports to the Daily Timesheet
- Maintaining tank logs for an assigned Depot
- Ensuring all trucks in the fleet are emptied completely once per month
- Completion of End of Month reports and ensuring tie out and balance of all the product coming in and out of all four Depots
