We're a growing practice looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about patients. We're adding to our team, expanding what we offer, and looking for someone who wants to grow right along with us.
What you'll do:
- Chairside assisting for restorative, surgical, implant, cosmetic and hygiene procedures
- Take digital X-rays and intraoral/CEREC scans and impressions
- Prep and turn over operatories, sterilization, instrument setup
- Walk patients through treatment so they know what to expect and feel at ease
- Chart accurately in Dentrix
What you'll bring:
- Prior dental assisting experience (required)
- Arizona radiography certification (or eligible to obtain)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- A team-first attitude — you jump in where you're needed without being asked
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- A real interest in helping nervous patients feel comfortable and cared for
- Curiosity — an eagerness to learn new procedures and technology as we expand
