Our client is seeking an experienced CAD Designer to join their growing team in Greenville, NC. This role will support commercial site development projects from design through construction.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare civil site design drawings using Autodesk Civil 3D
- Develop plans for grading, drainage, stormwater management, roadways, parking lots, sidewalks, and utilities
- Assist with surveying and site development design
- Collaborate with engineers and project teams to produce accurate construction documents
- Support commercial projects including big box retailers and convenience stores
Job Requirements;
- 5+ years in land development required
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering required
- Civil 3D proficiency is required
- Site planning experience is preferred experience in storm water design is preferred
